Where can you ship to?
We ship within the United States and Canada only. We are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. Boxes.
How does my order get shipped, and what is the cost?
All merchandise is shipped via UPS. A handling charge of $3.95 is applied to all orders. The cost of shipping will vary according to the zip code used and the shipping option selected (Ground, 2nd Day, or 3rd Day). For purchase totals greater than $200 we offer FREE SHIPPING (within the USA only).
How soon is my order processed?
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 12:00 PM noon CST will typically begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and ship within 48 hours pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 12:00 PM noon CST will typically begin processing the next business day, and ship within 48 hours. Orders placed on Friday after 1:00 PM CST will begin processing on the following Monday.
If for some reason the item that you ordered is not in stock, we will send you a notice on the options available, including the option of a 100% refund.
Can you deliver on Saturdays?
We do not offer Saturday delivery.
What is your return policy and how do I make a return?
All returns require prior authorization. Returned merchandise must be unused and in new condition with all original tags attached. Returns and exhanges on all merchandise must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt. Merchandise that meet those requirements are eligible for a full refund minus shipping and handling costs or may be exchanged for other merchandise. Exquisite Excess has the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet these requirements. Undergarments are not eligible for return.

We recommend that all returns be shipped with a carrier that provides tracking capability. We cannot accept responsibility for lost packages without proof of delivery.
